we’re planning some special offerings for students next week, to get y’all through finals! mark your calendars, and let us feed you, caffeinate you, and hold supportive space so you can wrap up this semester, well. keep breathing. keep grounding. sleep and hydrate and remember your worth isn’t attached to your grades or productivity. and, come on over to sacred collective for cuban black bean breakfast burritos, soup dinner, mindfulness movement practices and rest, and fancy coffee drinks, before you shift into summer…

start finals week off well, and nourished. homemade cuban black beans, and burrito bar! we’ll have all the fixings. plus, all the coffee and tea you need. all free, of course! 😘 you got this. we believe in you.
on the second night of finals week…free dinner for all students! stop in for delicious, homemade, vegetarian and vegan food. take a break, or bring your books and study/write while you eat. we’ll have the coffee and tea ready, too. <3
tuesday, may 13: 6-7:30pm.
(feel free to bring a container and grab your food to go, too! we just want you nourished.)

Join us for mindful movement & rest, the Wednesday of finals week. We’ll have coffee & tea & treats from 1-4pm, with two 20-30 min sessions of Qi Gong offered at 1pm and again at 2pm, led by Kun-Hong Lu. (you’re welcome to choose one, or attend both!) Kun has over 30 years of Qi Gong (and Taiji) practice, and also brings a deep cultivation of her own mindfulness practice.
“Qi” is the Chinese word for the breath/life-force; “Gong” is the Chinese word for practice/achievement. The two are combined to describe systems of cultivating vital energy and its flow to enhance the health of body, mind, and spirit.
The movements are simple and adaptable, accessible for people with a wide range of physical abilities and capacities. No prior experience is expected. All bodies are welcome, and encouraged to join us! (non-students are welcome, too!)
we love coffee. we love ODD LUCK . we want to share the goodness with y’all. take a break from finals, or celebrate being done, with delicious coffee drinks. students are on us. all are welcome. thursday, may 15, 11am – 2pm. 😘

be nourished in body, mind, and spirit
